Review: “Shameless” by Lex Martin

“Shameless” by Lex Martin
Genre: New Adult Contemporary
Released TODAY!

I am very pleased to say that Lex Martin returned with another heart-wrenching and wonderful new story that made me fall all over again with her writing! I have been waiting MONTHS to read another one of her alluring novels since I finished The Dearest Series. Brady and Katherine’s story is gut-wrenching yet captivating at the same time, if makes you fall in love and feel the heartbreak in one story. A tattooed biker, A Texas farm girl…

Brady is a 20-something trying to figure out what to do with his life when tragedy falls upon him and drops everything to attend to make arrangements in Texas. Katherine is trying to keep her bearing for the sake of the farm. This is a love story, a story of trying to find what home is again or who that home is.

But then I got a look at him. A good look. And holy mother of hotness.”

I swear Lex can sure write a scene that can put all your deepest fantasies to shame and then some, whoo! (Fan yourself while reading — it’s intense!)

“Tell me again why we have a pet raccoon? Because he needed a home.”

Shameless is definitely a MUST read for anyone who wants a laugh attack yet brilliant love story about two people who are made for each other during a time of need. Lex Martin’s characters are easily the best anyone can fall in love with, how can you not love a story that has a baby raccoon named Bandit who cares for kittens on a farm, and how can I forget Izzy! Adorable Izzy, you will fall in love wholeheartedly! Okay, NOW go buy it!

Lex writes adult novels, the sexy kind with lotsa angst, a whole lotta kissing, and the hot happily ever afters. When she’s not writing, she lives a parallel life as an English teacher. She loves printing black and white photos, listening to music on vinyl, and getting lost in a great book. Bitten by wanderlust, she’s lived all over the country but currently resides in the City of Angels with her husband and twin daughters.
